Rosalia: Valuable Land

Rosalia owned some beautiful agricultural land in Case di Trento (TE). This land is not just any simple plot; it is a vineyard given DOC recognition, famous for its two grape varieties: Montepulciano and Merlot. Alongside the vineyards, there are also large olive groves that complete this idyllic landscape. With its location between the Gran Sasso d’Italia mountain and the Adriatic Sea, the land offers breathtaking views and the perfect climate for growing grapes and olives.

David and Judith: An American Love for Abruzzo

David and Judith are a wonderful American couple who have been deeply in love with Abruzzo for years. Each summer, they return to Giulianova Alta, where they own a holiday home. Their passion for the area has driven them to look for a place where they can pursue their hobbies, relax and have fun. When the discovered Rosalia’s land, it was love at first sight.

Federico: La Cantina Faraone Vini

Cantina Faraone Vini is a local winemaking company, with a long tradition of producing high-quality wines. When David and Judith bought the land, management of the vineyard and olive groves was handed over to this renowned wine producer. Thanks to their experience, care, maintenance and production of agricultural produce, they are still in great hands.
